Machined Components Hallplas produces machined engineering plastic components to a high standard, on time and at a competitive price.   Flexibility of production allows us to offer 'one offs' to large batch quantities. Our experienced personnel can advise on technical matters, design, choice of material and method of manufacture.

Specific Industries Hallplas is an established supplier of components to specific industries, one of which is Steel Processing.   Pictured is a small selection of parts including slipper pads, drive inserts, bearings and wear pads, all of which are regularly ordered by our clients.   In certain applications where traditional materials have been used, we have recommended and supplied plastic alternatives, giving up to 18 times the working life previously experienced.   Nowhere more than a steel rolling/processing plant is continuity of component supply more important. We can ensure that our customers keep producing by holding stocks of these components for immediate call off.

Bottling and Filling From small rollers, cam followers and bottle lift platforms to large table top equipment/change parts. Hallplas provide the parts required by bottle and can fillers.

Table Top Equipment Star wheels, ploughs and bottle lift neck supports all supplied by Hallplas machined to close tolerances to enable extremely high speed, accurate bottle handling.
